Prize lists for all of our shows are published in a combined "Omnibus" format, and may be downloaded below. Prize lists and forms are in Abode Acrobat format. To download the latest version of Acrobat, click HERE.
The 2008 ERAHC Prize List Omnibus will be published and mailed in early May. It will be sent to all ERAHC members, past ERAHC competitors, all IALHA members in Regions 6 & 7, and select IALHA members in Regions 3 & 8. If you want to receive a copy of the ERAHC Prize List Omnibus, please email the Show Director. Please include "Prize List Request" in the subject of your email.

Prospective vendors should download the Vendor Information Packet, which contains imporant information about space layout, prices, and facility policies. For vendors attending both shows we have a special incentive - full details are in the Vendor Packet.

Download the Sponor & Advertiser Packet, which includes the sponsorship form. Class sponsorships are just $25. We have a variety of sponsor packages that combine class and Championship sponsorship with advertising and other benefits.
For 2008 we are starting a special program to assist our specialty classes with foreign judges. The Specialty Class Supporter Club is available to sponsors who make a donation of $150 or more to support our foreign judges. To show our appreciation, Club contributors and a guest will be invited to a special catered lunch with our foreign judges.
Fundraising fills a critical role for our shows. Sponsor support enables us to keep class fees affordable, absorb rising facility fees, hire professional staff, and continue offering a wide range of classes.
To be included in the show program, sponsorships must be received with payment prior to the advertising deadline.
Early Birds get the ad! Our Premiere level sponsorships include advertising benefits in our Prize List Omnibus. Act soon - the deadline for Prize List advertising is April 25!
